SB Beach Bootcamp Starting May 28th

I teach a Bootcamp on the beach in South Bethany DE, 19930 with my husband that is like no other. So fun and can I say WOW! The results you will get coming all summer is amazing. If you just intown for the week or weekend stop but for the fun in the sun. Everything from suicides to the bucket run then off to meditation by the water.
