BACKSTORY: Since the first UK lockdown in 2020, I have been providing free weekly 'Feelgood Sessions' via Zoom. These sessions blend Mindfulness and Hypnosis to provide a 'feelgood' mindset that helps individuals to sleep better, cope better and feel better about themselves.

So far the feedback has been incredibly kind. My long-term plan is to continue providing a free weekly group session, and also to support individuals in need who would otherwise not get access to my services by providing 1 to 1 sessions paid for by my Hypnotherapy Sponsorship Program.
