"I really found our meeting very helpful. I met with two interviewers for the role of L4 Area Manager. They each asked around 5-8 questions and follow up questions after my responses.
I was able to take several of the questions we went over with the answers I prepared and use them in the actual interview. Not every question was the same but it was similar enough that I could use what I prepared. It was also really helpful to have your input about how I could introduce more analytics to my answers.
The star method was explained as a really important way to tell and explain my answers. I also want to note that safety was a huge point they drove home on. I think each interviewer asked me 1-2 questions each on safety. And they each gave a simulation question that was short and that I had to think of the answer on the spot. Overall the hour prep you gave me was very helpful and prepared me well for what they threw at me.
I can honestly say your mock interview prep gave me the best results possible. I'll find out in 5 days if I got the position or not. Which after that I'll let you know what the outcome was. Thank you so much for the help and support!
