Hello everyone,

I’m asking for your support in an important fight for my rights as a professional photographer.

One of my contracts clearly stated a limited 18-month license for the use of my images, which ended this past July. Despite this, the other party now refuses to acknowledge the contract terms and is claiming perpetual rights over my work. Since July 31st, their continued use of my images is, in fact, unauthorized among other things.

I’ve already hired a lawyer and invested my own money trying to resolve this fairly, but since no settlement was reached, I now have no choice but to take the case to court. If I don’t push forward simply because I can’t afford the legal costs then they will get away with it and continue using my work as if it were theirs.

This is not only about me. It’s about making sure that artists and creators are respected, and that contracts mean something.

Any contribution, no matter the size, will go directly towards covering legal costs and helping me continue this fight.
