Kevin Baxter, Cert ED, QTLS, CMIE (moi) was born and raised in the City of Birmingham in the United Kingdom and have lived in the North-West region of the City for over half a century. With almost 4 decades of computing experience I started my career in IT as a Helpdesk Support Analyst. Almost two decades ago I made the decision to move into Adult Education with the aim of providing education and training to disadvantaged sectors of the community so that they were able access the opportunities I enjoyed. To date I have taught in Private training centres and continues to teach in FE Colleges located around the East and West Midlands.
