It is now midst of February and it still snows a lot where I live in the northern part of Sweden. Today I will eat a soup I prepared yesterday, it is a carrotsoup with fresh chilli and it is nice to eat, I AM SO GRATEFUL for my food, my water...every drop counts. I love you Kerstin

It is Sunday the 22 of January and I am actually freezing as I am indoors in my home. It is minus 17 degrees celcius outside and I really want it to be summer now! How are you doing?
