Soutenir KennyMuziq

Hello, my name is Kenroy "KennyMuziq" Barnes. I am a Reggae music producer, and artist. I love God and I love music. I especially love reggae music but one of the biggest challenges I’ve had with reggae music over the years is the content of a lot of the lyrics. As a Christian, a lot of what is being said in some of these songs doesn’t always align with my values. You could be enjoying a great sounding song, and then suddenly and without warning the lyrics just takes a turn. At times its outright derogatory, sometimes disrespectful, sometimes just not in line with what you believe. And it takes you right out of the experience.

Over time, I found myself searching for something different. Music I could fully enjoy without having to filter what I’m hearing. Because the truth is, music is powerful. It carries emotion, energy, and atmosphere in a way that’s hard to describe. It can match your mood, lift your spirit, or completely change your mindset.

That’s why I create what I create. As a Christian reggae producer, I make music for people like me. People who genuinely love reggae, but want content that is always aligned with their values and beliefs. Whether you prefer to vibe to pure instrumental reggae with no vocals or listen to clean, biblically authentic lyrics, I’ve got both.

So, if you love reggae but are tired of sifting through playlists trying to find something that that you can listen to without worry… this is for you.

Check out my music, follow my journey, and be part of a space where you don’t have to compromise what you believe to enjoy what you hear.

Your donation will help me to continue to grow this platform so I can continue to create clean and wonderful reggae music for you to enjoy.
