I’m a certified sound therapist, healer, content creator, mental health advocate, and tarot reader. This work is meaningful to me because I’ve seen how much unspoken stress and emotional discomfort we tend to carry in our bodies, often without even realizing it. Sound healing offers a gentle, non-verbal way to process and release what words sometimes can’t reach.

With over 8 years of experience in educational psychology and mental health content creation, I worked closely with Psych2Go, a channel that reached more than 12 million subscribers. Over the years, I’ve seen how accessible information and conversations around psychology can make a difference, and it’s been deeply rewarding to see our work help millions of people worldwide feel more understood, seen, and heard.

While information is powerful, I also noticed a disconnect. We crave connections that go beyond just consuming content. That inspired me to create Kelly Sound Healing  @kellysoundhealing, where I blend psychology-inspired practices through sound therapy and healing to give back to the community.

Through workshops, sound baths, and healing sessions, my intention is to offer a safe, supportive container where the nervous system can regulate and the body can actively heal through the power of sound, allowing safety to be felt, not just understood. I’ve gathered over the years to build a supportive community, a safe space where people can deepen their self-discovery, learn to trust themselves, transform into the best versions of themselves, and heal.

I’ve always been intuitive and sensitive to energy. I notice signs, vibes, and subtle shifts that many people miss. Over the years, I’ve done tarot readings for friends as a hobby, but now I’ve decided to make it one of the key modalities in my spiritual work, alongside sound healing.
