I've just uncovered another TOTV raw tape, never rewound, unlabelled and unprotected. Tooker and a friend take their collection of plastic they've been saving for years, to the Canadian Plastics Institute in the suburbs of Toronto, because maybe they know what to with it. Travelling by bike, then subway, then city bus they get dropped off on an off-ramp of the 401 (I think). They do find an office...
