About Keep It Lit
### Welcome to Keep It Lit! 🌿🔥
**One global joint. One countdown. The whole world keeps it lit together.**
**Keep It Lit** is an open, real-time social experiment. Anyone across the globe can step up, take a puff, and add precious seconds to keep the flame alive. There are no holders, no paywalls, and no revivals—if the global timer hits zero, the season ends forever.
### Why Buy Me a Coffee? ☕
Keep It Lit is 100% free to play, with **no ads, no pay-to-win, and no crypto nonsense**.
However, synchronizing thousands of simultaneous puffs, running server-authoritative databases, and streaming real-time WebSockets 24/7 costs real server money every month.
If you’ve had fun watching the flame burn, clutching a puff in the final seconds, or repping your country flag:
- ☕ **1 Coffee** helps keep high-frequency database & WebSocket bandwidth running smoothly.
- ☕☕ **A few coffees** keep the solo dev caffeinated while squashing bugs, optimizing 3D smoke shaders, and shipping new features.
Thanks for passing the relay. Keep it lit! 💨
