Welcome! I am an Xpert Fitness certified instructor who specializes in teaching all things slinky and sexy. My teaching style is 'the devil in the details'. I like to break down moves and techniques for absolute beginners as well as more experienced dancers who want to focus on perfecting the fundamentals.  You will always be encouraged to add your own flare and explore what your style is.  Here you can find full length class recordings, routine break-downs and mini tutorials. Delve in to the world of sexy pole and floor work with me. Learn some new moves, explore your sensual side and improve your technique, all while supporting me to do what I love - being a pole instructor! Being a mum makes it harder to get in to the studio now, so online teaching works really well for me. Times are tough (£££) and any support you can give is greatly appreciated! If there is any content you would like to request, please send me a message on here on Instagram (@KatKellyPole) and keep your eyes peeled on IG and the links below for live classes! Stay Sexy 😘 ... Outside of the studio Kat can be found being a mum, snuggling her cat,  playing Dungeons and Dragons or being a space nerd and studying for her masters in Astrophysics.
