Another free online Chair Yoga class suitable for everyone including beginners and elderly! Today practice will be focus on our hips to improve it flexibility.

Hip stretches and opening not only benefits our physical body but our emotion as well.

I always bring up different variations of the yoga poses for you to choose therefore there will be a variation that suit you.

Just listen to your body and choose the variation that your bodies are ready for it and enjoy the stretch!
