When we moved from Southern California to the English countryside near Bath, for my husband's job, it was a big shift, and it cracked something open in me. It brought me back to myself as an artist. What started as a personal practice is now a full creative business, built in the margins of parenting life: school runs, after bedtime, quiet weekends when the light is good.
My work centers on bold, abstract floral and botanical painting, vibrant and a little wild. Alongside the paintings, I share the honest side of building a creative business: the learning curves, the doubt, the systems, the small wins.
I spent years working in corporate with a side hustle as a life coach. I'm seeing how my art and my work as a coach propel me forward as an artist and I want to help other artists and creatives.
The themes of personal growth permeate my work. My life motto, Keep Growing, runs through everything I make and teach, because creativity is about who you become in the process, not just the finished piece.
Everything I create for fellow creatives, tutorials, behind the scenes, business breakdowns, real talk, is made solo. No team. Just me, researching, filming, and editing around everything else life asks of me.
