Treatment resources on OCD for professionals and the public
I am an Oregon & Washington licensed OCD therapist working to make information on OCD-related disorders available to everyone, especially neurodivergent folks. I believe strongly that we can be evidence-based AND neurodivergent-affirming in our practices.
I have a blog that is full of ideas on various OCD-related topics and musings about the mental health industry overall. I hope it's helpful to some! Stay tuned for more formal low-cost courses on OCD-related subjects.
OH and randomly I also have a career counseling guide that I provide in a free workbook or a low-cost online course format (coming soon).
