Moving Together, Connecting Deeper

After years behind screens and bureaucracy, I’ve returned to what truly fuels me: movement, breath, and real human connection.

Katalyst Move is a space for gentle, intentional movement, where we reconnect with our bodies, quiet the mind, and build community, one step at a time.

Your support helps keep this space alive, covering venue costs, resources, and the time it takes to create sessions that matter. No set fee, just pay what feels right for you.

I’m so grateful for every contribution—whether it’s your presence, your energy, or a coffee to keep the momentum going. If you’ve joined a session, I’d love to hear how it landed for you. Your feedback helps shape this space and invites others to experience it too.

Let’s move, breathe, and grow, together.

Breathe deep, live well.

💛 Karl
