Hi, I’m Karen
I’m the creator of "The Crone Stories", a podcast and storytelling space centred on women’s voices, lived experience, wisdom, humour, and the stories we carry through the different seasons of our lives.
For years, I’ve worked in wellness and held space for women to share what is often left unsaid. The Crone Stories grew from that same desire, to create a place where women in their midlife can listen, reflect, laugh, remember, and feel less alone.
Alongside the podcast, I also create meditations, sleep stories, reflections, and other work through Karen Amy.
