На працягу гэтых месяцаў "Карчма 1863" была больш чым проста барам; яна стала прытулкам для беларусаў, літоўцаў, палякаў, украінцаў і ўсіх, хто шукае часцінку дома ўдалечыні ад дому. Нашы сцены сталі сведкамі радасці сустрэч, цяпла новых сяброўстваў і духу супольнасці, якую мы глыбока шануем.

Як вы ведаеце, мы пачалі гэты бізнес не маючы ніякага досведу. І прайшлі вялікі шлях, шмат чаму навучыліся. Мы стваралі і гадавалі рэстаран як сваё дзіця, паступова паляпшалі смак ежы, пашыралі алкагольную карту, паляпшалі сэрвіс, стваралі ўтульную атмасферу, праводзілі сустрэчы-івэнты. І планаў і ідэй у нас яшчэ на гады працы, але...

На жаль, з-за фінансавых цяжкасцяў, мы апынуліся на перакрыжаванні. Нягледзячы на ўсе нашы намаганні, мы знаходзімся ў цяжкім фінансавым становішчы. Пад прыгнётам фактаў змушаны паведаміць вам, што прынялі рашэнне: калі да канца лета мы не вырашым цяжкасці і праблемы, то змушаны будзем зачыніцца. Гэтыя некалькі месяцаў стануць вырашальнымі.

During these months, Karchma 1863 has been more than just a restaurant; it has become a shelter for Belarusians, Poles, Ukrainians, Lithuanians and all those looking for a piece of home away from home. Our walls have witnessed the joy of meetings, the warmth of new friendships and the spirit of togetherness that we deeply cherish.

As you know, we started this business without any experience. And we have come a long way, learnt a lot. We created and grew the restaurant as our child, gradually improving the taste of food, expanding the alcohol list, improving the service, creating a cosy atmosphere, holding meetings and events. And we still have plans and ideas for years of work, but ...

Unfortunately, due to financial difficulties, we found ourselves at a crossroads. Despite all our efforts, we are in dire financial straits. Under the oppression of the facts, forced will inform you that they have made a decision: if we do not solve the difficulties and problems by the end of the summer, we will be forced to close down. These few months will be decisive.

What the proceeds will be used for:

1. repayment of debts and fines

2. payment for the expertise of restaurant business specialists

3. elimination of deficiencies in operations
