About Kamil Rybacki
interesting software development adventures
Programming is my job and also what I do once the job stops.
Most of that spare time goes on agentic AI — systems where a model doesn't just
answer but actually does things: runs tools, drives a browser, orchestrates
other agents, works against real infrastructure.
Which means as much time spent
on the unglamorous parts as the clever ones: what an agent is allowed to touch,
what happens when it's wrong, and how you prove it did what it says it did. The
interesting problems are mostly there.
The other half is a homelab where all of it actually runs, because something
that only works in a demo doesn't count.
Some of what comes out of that - I release. It's free, and it stays free — no
paid tier, nothing held back.
If something I made was useful to you, a coffee is welcome. It buys nothing and
unlocks nothing. It just means it landed somewhere, which is the part that
keeps this going.
