The Aussie Ski season got off to an absolute shocker of a start.
What was meant to be a Victorian ski trip with my brother turned into a gravel ride, a cosy campfire in the Yarck high country, a scenic boost through the Alpine Way and Alpine National Par, and a stopover in Jindabyne with mates we met back on the Yorke Peninsula.
From there we pushed through Victoria, past Parliament House in Canberra, and into rural NSW, where we spent a full week living, working, and travelling out of the van.

💡Tip: Always carry snow chains through the Alpine region in winter and shoulder season - otherwise you could get a stonking fine. Check requirements before you go.
