I manage 3 communities in Meetup.com. Meetup recently increased the admin fee. I have been organising events without asking for a joining fee or event fee thus far. A little donation will help me with supporting me in my efforts.
Here are my 3 Meetup groups:
(1) Wander Women - A community of independent, strong-minded female travellers.
We share and hear other women's travel experiences, learn tips for staying safe, and meet like-minded females who'll inspire each other to follow their dreams of travel. We meet every first friday of the month to dine and chat.
(2) Divorce Support Group - Mainly catering to people living in Singapore, we provide support for those who are thinking of getting a divorce or are in the midst of divorce. We also have Divorce Mentors who stick around after completing their divorce to offer support/advise to others.
(3) Single Parents Group - Raising a child alone or without a partner is a challenge. In this community, we offer support, help, advise to all single parents - father or mother.
