I believe sharing is caring, and A Sip of the ChikaraMizu will always remain free. Kendo is a shared experience of lifelong learning. After moving to Japan, I began practicing kendo in my mid-twenties and have continued ever since. Along the way, I have had the privilege of training, teaching, officiating, and contributing to the kendo community both in Japan and internationally.
