Performance Optimizations made for Stable Performance & Haptics

Stable 30FPS - GPU 460Mhz ( Stock )
Stable 60FPS - GPU 768Mhz ( Stock Docked )

Getting Street Fighter IV running well on the Switch took several rounds of optimisation. The biggest gain came from dropping GPU emulation. Instead of emulating the Xbox 360's Xenos graphics chip, which managed only 4–5 fps in fights, a native renderer reads the game's own GPU commands and draws them directly with Vulkan. The game's shaders are translated ahead of time, on your PC, by the installer. On the CPU side, the game's worker threads were burning whole cores spinning while waiting for work, so they now yield or briefly sleep. The game's main thread also gets a CPU core to itself, which took fights from single digits to playable. Smaller fixes in the code translation trimmed overhead further, and the Xbox 360's tiled rendering is merged into a single pass where possible. So the picture is now drawn at a locked 30 fps or 60fps while the game logic runs at 60Hz, keeping full speed.
