Hi, I’m Juvencio! My journey began when I was nineteen, working at a pizzeria. The owner, someone I’ll never forget, gave me the opportunity to go back to school and learn about technology. Without his kindness and belief in me, I don’t know where I’d be today. To him, I owe so much—thank you for changing my life.

That same spirit of helping others is what I bring to my customers every day. In 2010, I opened my first computer repair shop on Seneca Avenue, and with hard work and the support of my community, I opened a second location in Brooklyn. But times are tough, and I see how hard it can be for people to afford repairs. That’s why I’m here—not just to fix devices, but to give back and support the people around me.
