The Islander Agenda is framework for islanders to shape the future of their islands ~ economically, culturally, environmentally, and technologically.
The question isn't: How do we get more people to visit islands so we can make money off tourists?
Rather: How do we make sure islanders actually benefit from the economies, industries and opportunities created on their islands?

Economic growth has to account for limited land, water, natural resources, climate vulnerability, and ecosystems ~ keeping full time residents in mind as a priority during times of distress.Creative & Digital Power 🎥
Give islanders the media, storytelling, technology, and digital-business skills needed to control their own narratives and participate in the modern day and developing economies.Community Wealth 🤝
Build systems where money circulates through local businesses and communities instead of immediately leaving the island.Island-to-Island Collaboration 🌎
Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Pacific Islands, and other island communities can share knowledge, businesses, technology, culture, and resources.
So what can we expect round these parts?
Commitment To Independent Island Nations ~ No person should own another person. No nation should own another nation. Period. We build systems that support this narrative.
Community First Conflict Resolution ~ We don't attack. We give space. When we hurt, we repair.
Trust and Reliability in Leadership ~ Transparency is key to evolution. The people must be secure in their systems and the people who steward them.
