This one superficial change shifted my attitude immediately. I felt sassy, sexy, and powerful. My posture changed, my walk changed, my energy level skyrocketed.
Sometimes we think that we need to do something "spiritual" or intense in order to change the energy around us and that's just not true. YOU are the thermostat, not the temperature. When you change how you feel inside the outside bows it's knees.
It's not low vibe or beneath you to do something for you that makes you feel powerful. Don't allow spiritual snobs to speak down to you. You know what works for you. Whatever that is, even if it's superficial in nature, do it! It's good for you. Change the world by shifting the energy around you. Have fun! Be you! It changes everything.
