1.5 months ago I contracted a developer here to make a WP theme for a manga reader site that I was making (found here ). It is near completion, but money is the issue. I have enough to buy decryption which is $100, but the theme is $400, and that's mostly have to do with the insane search & filter feature as there's nothing like it anywhere else (on Wordpress anyway).
