Join me on a transformative journey to inspire women across Australia to embrace fishing as a powerful tool for holistic wellbeing. From mental and emotional balance to cognitive health, physical fitness, and enduring mobility, fishing offers it all. To illustrate that "it's never too late", I embarked on a mission to evolve from a novice fly fisher to earning national selection. Now, with the honour of representing Australia at the Ladies World Fly Championships in Idaho, USA in July 2025, I invite you to follow along as I share my fitness regime, along with inspirational anecdotes, and even fly tying snippets for beginners, to help the women I inspire take their own first steps into this lifelong holistic wellbeing-enhancing sport. Every dollar raised here helps me get to the distant locales to find the next story, and supports my time to bring you the insights and illustrations that make my content unique. Thank you.
