I believe the best ideas don't come from the top. They come from the people closest to the problem, from the communities already living it. My work is about making that visible.

I build free, open source tools and techniques for facilitators and community builders. Processes and AI that don't replace human judgment but strengthen it: surfacing what people care about, helping groups actually hear each other, giving communities real ownership over their own decisions.

I think we can have genuine togetherness without giving up freedom. That's the experiment I'm in.
