Jon Besanko is a fantasy and horror writer from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. His short stories have appeared in the artbook, 'The Art of Stefan Koidl', by the Austrian illustrator of the same name, as well in other anthologies around the world.
Specialising in short stories, flash fiction, and microfiction, Jon is also an aspiring comic book writer. His current major work-in-progress is an original epic dark fantasy graphic novel, of which he is the author.
Inspired by the works of Stan Lee and Jack Kirby, as well as J.R.R. Tolkien, Alan Moore, and Clive Barker, Jon also holds a deep-rooted love and admiration for world mythology, film and comics, and pagan spirituality.
