Why Tea ?
Tea is more than just a drink for Assamese people; it is a cultural manifestation of unity and hospitality. Its strong taste goes well with our spicy food whereas the aroma reminds us of good times spent together during festivals etc. Every sip imbibes us with pride in our roots and love for everything Assamese.
Why Do I Love Tea?
I’m obsessed with tea — I drink it many times throughout the day; it’s my one true indulgence. Therefore, when hanging out with me please bring me some tea.
But here’s the thing: I have approximately four cups per day which makes 1460 cups each year… If that isn’t commitment I don’t know what is....
The problem? .....
The bill that comes at the end of every month is scary AF so now I am saving up for a tea-maker cause that seems logical right?
So yeah basically any kind of support towards this would be greatly appreciated …
