✨ THE RECONNECT PRACTICE

Take 5–10 minutes somewhere you can be alone and quiet.

Put your phone away. Take a few slow breaths and ask yourself

1. Who am I when I’m not trying to make anyone happy?

2. What do I genuinely want right now—not what I think I should want?

3. Where in my life am I choosing what feels safe or acceptable instead of what feels true to me?

4. What part of myself have I been silencing in order to belong?

5. If I trusted myself completely, what would I choose differently?

Now place your hand over your heart and take one more deep breath.

Say:

“I give myself permission to hear myself again.
I don’t have to become someone else to belong.
I choose to reconnect with who I truly am.”

Then write down one small action you can take today that feels aligned with your answer.

Don’t overthink it.

Sometimes reconnecting with yourself doesn’t begin with finding a big answer.

It begins with finally being honest with yourself.
