Oooh, the new viral social media app that hit Referral World last month is paying its ambassadors out handsomely. I saw pay proof today from four fellow referrers today; one was paid $2,500, another $1,600, another $1,500, and the fourth was paid $1,350! I know these referrers personally and am so happy for each of them!
If you haven't joined Oooh, yet, I'm actually much more excited about this app then I ever was Stimulus. I joined Oooh late last week and created two groups ("Everything Karaoke!" and "The Best Pets!"). Just today, Oooh asked me to create a video promoting my group, telling me I'd be featured in the "Oooh Official" group with 15K members! Because I'm still waiting for the Ambassador application I submitted the other day to be approved, I may hold off, but so far, Ooh is proving itself to be a worthwhile venture for referrers and anyone looking for a new social media hangout!

Oooh, a New Social Media App that Pays Real Cash!

A new social media app hit Referral World this week called Oooh. It's offering $25 Ambassador bonuses when you create a group and invite three new people to join your group. Be sure to first search the name/topic of the group you want to create, as their terms state that your group must be a unique topic. To receive the $25, you must submit a quick Google Docs form to let them know the group you created and the people you invited (along with your email and basic info). Once you're an ambassador, you'll want to ensure you're active by posting, commenting, etc., for at least 7 days.
Once you're an Oooh ambassador, you can earn even more! Based on my sources, you can earn $50 for your first week as an ambassador, another $50 after three months, and $100 when you bring 100 people to your group! And if you continue bringing unique visitors, you can earn up to $1,000 - or more - per week! 
I just signed up yesterday and created "Everything Karaoke!" Whether you love karaoke like I do or hate it, this group's for everyone and all things karaoke-related!

Stimulus Replaces Hard Cash with Funny Money!

Stimulus, the social media app that took Referral World by storm some months back, offering $10 referral promotions to selected members, made a few changes to their program this week:
The good news is that everybody now has a referral link, and Stimulus now offers signup bonuses and referral bonuses (up until this week, only some had a referral link, and there was no signup bonus). The bad news is that Stimulus is now paying out bonuses in site credits that can be used for site purchases, giveaways, etc. It's unclear how the giveaways will work with site credits. For instance, if I'm holding a $100 giveaway and use earned credits to fund it, does the prize convert to real cash? I would assume so, but this remains to be seen. More bad news is that the $10,000 bonus cap was maxed out in record time once they made this change, with many referrers not even realizing that the bonuses are now credits. The record timing will likely become the norm, considering Stimulus opened bonuses up to everyone and added signup bonuses but did not raise the bonus cap.
What also remains to be seen is whether people will continue mispromoting Stimulus. Certain referrers and influencers were able to rake in tens of thousands using deceptive tactics and false claims of signup bonuses, amounts higher than $10, and more. These falsehoods were so rampant that one Stimulus user even created a #wallofshame hashtag to expose the liars and opportunists!

Meet the Sweet Sisters. Save and Earn Some Money!

If you read last week's RWN, my fiancé and I rescued two cats, Zinnia and Dahlia, and took some time off from RWN to get acquainted with them. It's been wonderful getting to know and bond with the sisters. It's also the first time in over two years we've had a furbaby in the house since our cat Marshmello crossed the Rainbow Bridge in April 2022. Even though we only met them two weeks ago, Zinnia and Dahlia were born just five days after Marshmello passed! 
Marshmello (RIP), the king of the castle, starred in hundreds of Facebook posts and holiday cards over the 13 years he was with us.

Before meeting us two weeks ago, Zinnia and Dahlia's story began with heartbreak as they were unceremoniously dropped off and abandoned at a vacant house in October 2023. Confused and scared, a kind neighbor discovered them and briefly fed and cared for them before turning them over to the local humane society, where the sisters remained in the system until we adopted them and brought them home on Father's Day. 
Despite their traumatic upbringing, Zinnia and Dahlia are two of the sweetest cats. And their sisterly bond is indescribable. They're tied at the hip and it makes sense, because through everything, they always had each other. While they're still getting to know us, the bond and trust among us is quickly growing. They even let us survive through Cat World Domination Day yesterday!
If you're looking at these sweet sisters above and thinking, "that's nice, but what does this have to do with signup or referral bonuses?" Don't worry, I got you!

M's Celebration of Life
Last weekend, Brett and I gathered with longtime dear friends to celebrate M.'s life. M. was like a second mom to me and there was NOBODY like her. Just a few memories we made together over the past 11 years included camping, Murder Mystery events... hosting Easter, 4th of July, Halloween, Christmas parties... concerts, go-cart racing, horse races, Broadway shows, auction houses, bocci ball, Bingo Karaoke, SO much lake fun, and thousands more memories. M., your legacy will live on forever in everyone who ever met you and I want to thank you for the privilege of spending nearly 1/4 of my life #makingmemories together.
