12/15 update: Unfortunately, this looks like a low-paying dud/junk app. Since signing up over a week ago, I've earned a whopping $0.14 in referral earnings. I'll be keeping an eye on this to see if their usage rates increase or if they offer referral bonuses, but with the $25 minimum cashout requirement, there are far better apps in Referal World.
WHERE ARE MY TESTERS AT? New app offering $5 instant welcome bonus and referral bonuses up to $10 per referral (based on referral's site interactions/activity). No purchase required! US Only.
SmartSteals - https://www.referralworldnews.com/go/smartsteals - code FZZVJC
SmartSteals is brand-new and has just hit Referral World. I am TESTING this right now to see how it performs because new apps/programs like this can go either way (as you may know). The app gives you 500 points at signup ($5 value), which is worth $5 when redeemed, and the setup is simple.
You earn points when your referrals sign up and spend time on the site. No purchases. No product tracking. Points update once per day, and you can cash out gift cards at 2,500 points ($25) or PayPal at 10,000 points ($100). Your dashboard shows the welcome bonus right away once you sign up and join the affiliate program.
Steps to get started:
Confirm your email.
In your account, click your Avatar (top right) and then Profile, and enter your birth date where asked.
In the top right of your dashboard, click the hamburger menu, then click to join the affiliate program to get the instant 500-point welcome bonus ($5).
Copy your referral link/code and share it with anyone who wants to test a brand new app.
Spend time on the site. Browse, search for products/deals, etc.
Refer others to earn referral bonuses.
Cash out at $25 (gift cards) or $100 (PayPal).

TIP:
Reviewing the terms, SmartSteals uses arbitration but allows you to opt out within 30 days. Once you've signed up, you can easily opt out by sending written notice to:
SmartSteals
Attn: Legal Department - Arbitration Opt-Out
[email protected]
The notice must include your name, email address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. If you opt out, neither you nor SmartSteals can require the other to participate in arbitration, but all other terms will continue to apply, including the class action waiver.
