5/30 update: This company reneged on owed bonuses and chose to attack members by accusing them of conducting fraudulent activity.

If you are being denied owed bonuses from High Rewards, you may want to consider leaving a review reflecting your experience on Apple/Google app stores, and perhaps filing complaints (for instance, soliciting paid 5-star reviews looks to be an FTC violation. You can find the FTC fraud report form here). 
5/14 update: I recommend steering clear of this one for now. The app paid me $30, but still owes me over $265 and it's been like pulling teeth trying to get them to reply to emails or send out payment. The only way to get them to respond thus far has been by leaving a bad review. Here's my latest reply to an email they sent a few days back offering to pay for 5-star reviews:
