I managed to get through one.

That experience turned into a Reddit post on r/ukpolitics that unexpectedly blew up — clearly I wasn’t the only one struggling.

So I built BillBrief.

BillBrief helps people actually understand UK Parliamentary legislation — without needing a law degree or three spare hours. It turns complex bills into plain-English summaries and lets you track the ones that matter to you as they move through Parliament.

I’m building it for curious citizens, policy nerds, journalists, and anyone who’s ever thought: “Why is this so hard to follow?”

Because legislation affects everyday life — and understanding it shouldn’t feel impossible.
