The Gates of Wrath

The Gates of Wrath

Jan 07, 2022

As if I didn’t have enough going on with this whole Capstone returning thing, the Gates of Eden (aka the Creation Orbs) started acting up. It was first noticeable with the BLT Orb. There was some strange weather, glitches in our systems, and strange visions of ghost-like people (reality bleed through). Copycat then contacted us; the Tektixian Sphere (aka Gate of Eden) was pulsing strange energy. The Tektixian Sphere terraformed Venus so that the Tektixian race could live there—instead of reshaping the Earth.

After some investigation, Copycat and I learned the Orbs were mad. They were mad about the recent damage done from the Four returning; they were upset about the battle at Blue Light Technologies’ HQ; and the BLT board creating a fake crisis through the Motherboard legend (even if it was to prepare us for the Capstone). Mostly, they were uneasy about the Capstone returning. We know that the Capstone is a corrupted Gate, which would explain why the other Gates are…scared for a lack of a better word.

The Tektixian Gate then seemed to move from angry to wrathful as it unleashed storms upon Venus. The Gate at BLT was also growling. Quakes shook Sky City, which is impressive because the city around the BLT skyscraper is a floating city.

Thankfully, Copycat and I were able to trap the excess energy in a containment bottle, a large one. We then “talked” to the Orbs; I think we calmed them down, but who knows.
