For over 25 years, I’ve dedicated my life to helping people feel better in their bodies, calm their nervous systems, and reconnect their mind and body.
My work brings outside the box education to empower my listeners and my clients towards OWNING their health! I believe in bio-individuality so I take a very personal, whole-body approach to the people I work with.
I’m passionate about helping people create the right conditions for their bodies to naturally thrive. I believe our bodies are incredibly intelligent when we give them what they need and work with, rather than against, the natural rhythms of life.
Nature is a huge part of my own wellness. Water, sunshine, grounding, breath work and paddleboarding help me stay centered and energized so I can continue showing up for the people I serve.
If my work has helped you, inspired you, or simply brought a little more peace into your day, I’d love your support.
Buy me a coffee! ☕️. Coffee is my special friend!
It’s a simple way to say, “I see the work you’re doing, and I appreciate you.” Every coffee helps support me in continuing to share these practices and help more people feel good in their bodies and lives.
Thank you for being part of this journey with me.
