Kettle the water
Crack the beans
Boil the grinds
Pour the favorite mug
Morning blooms on counter
Morning steams from mug
Morning bites nose
Morning prods tongue
Morning mixes, sugar or milk
Morning mixes, a sip, a swallow
Morning asks me
Morning begs me
Morning sits me down
Morning rubs my eyes
Morning promises new
Morning unfolds like mug bottom
Like the earth underneath you.
Peace and good Day!
