جاسم الجريد صحفي استقصائي ومحلل سياسي وناشط علماني مقيم في كندا. شغل سابقًا منصب نائب الرئيس الأول في المركز المالي الكويتي (المركز)، وانتقل من القيادة المؤسسية ليصبح صوتًا مستقلًا بارزًا في مواجهة الإسلام السياسي والتطرف الطائفي في الشرق الأوسط. يركز عمله على كشف الشبكات الأيديولوجية المرتبطة بجماعة الإخوان المسلمين والحركات السلفية والفصائل الشيعية المتشددة، مع الدفاع عن حقوق الأقليات وتعزيز رؤية للحكم العلماني القائم على القانون.

يحمل الجريد شهادة بكالوريوس في الدراسات متعددة التخصصات من كلية سينيكا بوليتكنيك ودبلومًا أكاديميًا في الإدارة وريادة الأعمال من كلية ألكونكوين، بالإضافة إلى شهادات في القيادة التنفيذية.

Jasem Aljuraid is an investigative journalist, political analyst, and secular advocate based in Canada. A former Senior Vice President at the Kuwait Financial Centre (Markaz), he transitioned from corporate leadership to become a prominent independent voice confronting political Islam and sectarian extremism in the Middle East. His work focuses on exposing ideological networks tied to the Muslim Brotherhood, Salafi movements, and radical Shia factions, while defending the rights of minority communities and advancing a vision of secular, law-based governance.

Following his dismissal from the Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Qabas amid controversy over his public positions on regional peace and normalization, Aljuraid emerged as an internationally recognized commentator on extremism and Middle Eastern geopolitics. After facing legal persecution, he relocated to Canada as a protected person, where he continues his investigative and analytical work.

Aljuraid holds a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies from Seneca Polytechnic and an academic diploma in management and entrepreneurship from Algonquin College, along with executive leadership certifications.
