Returning this fall to https://www.thelcars.com is the Star Trek: Picard LCARS theme. This updated theme will have sound effects (keystroke beeps) similar to the currently available themes in version 24.2. There will be be an Ultra Layout and a Standard Layout. Pictured here is the Standard Layout.
