I dont know why but the only thing that scares me movies are little possessed girls . Soo typed this: The Girl's Appearance (Avatar):
Eyes: These are key. Envision eyes with completely black sclera (the white part of the eye), with only a small, intensely glowing pupil (either a sickly yellow, piercing red, or an unnatural white) that seems to dilate or contract unnaturally. They should appear sunken, perhaps with dark, bruised-looking circles around them. A slight, subtle flicker in the glow of her pupils could add to the demonic effect.
Skin: Very pale, almost translucent, with a sickly, greyish or greenish undertone. Visible, prominent veins might pulse faintly under the skin, especially on her forehead or neck. Her complexion should appear gaunt, like she hasn't eaten or slept in a very long time.
Smile: This is not a human smile. It should be unnaturally wide, stretching her lips beyond normal human capacity, revealing too many teeth (perhaps slightly elongated or sharpened, but not overtly monstrous to maintain the "little girl" facade). The smile is fixed and devoid of any genuine emotion, creating a disturbing contrast with her otherwise terrifying actions.
Hair: Dark, matted, and possibly wet-looking, falling over her face in an unkempt manner, similar to the iconic look of Samara from The Ring or Kayako from The Grudge. It should partially obscure her eyes or mouth at times, adding to the mystery and horror.
Overall Demeanor: Think of an empty shell being violently controlled. Her body language should be unsettlingly stiff and then suddenly fluid in disturbing ways.
