I'm an artist based in Rochester, NY creating with photography, 16mm film, found photos and ephemera, and artists books. I opened Genesee Libby Studio in 2014 to promote tintype and ambrotype portraits and artwork. I give talks and workshops on wet-plate photography and talks and demos on archival storage for collections.

I didn't set out to be an artist. Life led me to it and I found I was good at it and I love doing it. The U.S. is not very supportive of artists, which is why so many of us look for alternative means of financial support. Your generosity will help me continue creating and sharing.
