Love you, Jay. And love that gastronomic world you live in. While Christine and I don't live in the BR any more, I am happy to know that you are spreading your culinary oats across the country! I always thought you put together the best flavors in Baton Rouge and we were grateful to have Government Taco as long as we did. As such, in the words of Thomas Jefferson, "If people let the government decide what foods they eat and what medicines they take, their bodies will soon be in as sorry a state as are the souls of those who live under tyranny."
