I'm a bit of a policy wonk. I enjoy finding ways to help people better understand complex legislation that's going to impact their daily lives. I have seeing people vote against their own best interests. I like to follow the KISS principle when it comes to legislation, but if our lawmakers won't simplify it, I will.
