Since December, I’ve been doing what I can to show up for my community in ways that matter. I’ve:
🛑 Assisted in helping an incarcerated trans individual and their friends access resources during interstate extradition and eventual release on bail.
🎒 Helped multiple families get their kids to school when times were tough.
🏳️⚧️ Attended the Protect Trans Kids Rally & March.
📦 Helped a community ally move out of their closed business.
🚗 Transported friends to and from medical appointments.
🖤 And I started Resist and Rebel—Clothing with a Message! (A couple more drops are coming today, so keep an eye out!)
I’m proud of what I’ve been able to do, but I also know there was so much more I could have done—if I didn’t have to constantly stop to make ends meet. The reality is, community work doesn’t pay, and right now, it’s even harder because of car trouble.
A minor collision took my car off the road, and I can’t drive for Lyft until I get it fixed. The deductible is $2,500, and without being able to work my normal hours, making that money is an uphill battle. The car isn’t just how I earn—it’s how I keep showing up for my community, giving rides, delivering supplies, and making sure people have the help they need.
How You Can Help Most Right Now
The biggest way people can help right now is by subscribing to my Buy Me a Coffee page. One-time tips are appreciated, but having ongoing support gives me the stability to keep showing up and making an impact.
I know I don’t have a lot of extra perks for higher-tier subscribers right now—other than knowing you’re directly helping me make a difference—but I’d love to find ways to give back. Maybe that’s offering support for an event of your choosing, or something else meaningful to you. If you have ideas, let me know!
If you want to support, here’s how:

Even if you can’t subscribe, sharing this post helps more than you know. Thank you to everyone who’s been in my corner—I appreciate you all so much. 💜
