My name is Tatiana. I'm beachcomber and sea glass hunter. Here you can explore the unique Glass beach with me. I want to show you the unique beauty of the sea glass collected by me on the Glass beach next to Vladivostok, the Far East of Russia. This beach illustrate that the sea and nature can create something beautiful even out of the remnants of human activity. Thе waves of the Sea of Japan tumbled and polished these pieces of glass for decades, turning the discarded waste into gemstones. The glass beach is the best escape during uncertain and challenging times. Yet even this magnificence is temporal. The glass will turn into sand and disappear as the years pass. I also have a private rescue shelter for cats since 2008. Now there are 20 cats living in it, adopted by me from the street. My husband and I take care of them, provide food and veterinary care.
