Slippers with Rolled Cuff - Easy Knit Using Basic Knitting Stitches

This is the simplified version of my very popular Two Slippers with One Pattern.

I wrote this version to avoid any difficult techniques, specifically, picking up stitches. That is why this pattern is done in one piece; starting at the heel and working towards the toe. The cuff is made as you knit the piece. Because of the stitches used, it automatically rolls back up on itself giving a nice finished edge without adding any additional stitches or work.

The pattern is knitted on one set of 5 mm (US 8) single pointed needles. The pattern itself only involves knit and purl stitches, k2tog and casting on stitches. Easy peasy! For real.
