well concerning the IRA mandate from the governmemt in regards to the tax per employee. Is the Government or the GAO going to be fined for each memeber of congress that isnt tapped with this automatic IRA law? i mean it does say every employer that has 5 or more employees will be a $10.00 per day per employee tax. The members of Congress are acting as a Business making decisions for every American without placing it before the voting people of America. I think if the tax is instrumental fir every business then the tax (fine) should be paid by the so called president. just food for thought.
