Hi. I'm James Russell. I'm a journalist in Fort Worth, Texas on multiple beats, including policy, elections, religion and arts, culture and the built environment. All journalists perform research to hone their beat. Thankfully I just love researching. As a cheapskate who is also reasonably intellectually curious, I also love finding lectures, events and shows regardless of the topic. I focus on those here, including niche university events, random pop up events from trade groups and non-profits as well as advertised visual arts and performing arts events. I do not include events involving food or live music. I'm curious, but not that curious. This calendar crossing all of Tarrant County will be a great outlet for me, and hopefully for you too!
