It's not merely thrill-seeking adventure; it's an important activity contributing to scientific observation, documentation, and supporting weather warnings.

I need to seek support because the financial strain is becoming unbearable.

The weak yen and inflation in the U.S. are really hitting hard.

Even if I wanted to get a job, companies basically don't give you a month or two off.

I'm currently making ends meet with part-time work, but with debts from this season,

I barely save any money and am just barely scraping by.

Also, this is a personal issue, but I tend to get sick easily, making it hard to save.

I've sold off almost my entire collection.

I’ve faced countless setbacks, but every time, I got back up — because I believe storms are not just danger, they’re beauty and power. I chase to share that story with the world.

After pushing this far, giving up solely over money feels utterly wasteful.

Moreover, right now, I'm the only Japanese person in the U.S. with the capability to storm chase.

It might not be my place to say, but this work being done by a Japanese person holds undeniable significance for Japan.
